what is a squeeze la class?
Combining a unique blend of mat pilates, cardio and strength training our 50 minute Signature Squeeze class will not only work your pelvic floor, but all the important muscle groups (glutes, thighs, core) that support it.
Our instructors will lead you through 5 sets of full body exercises in 5 different body positions working the pelvic floor in each position. Yes, we promise this is the most fun you will ever have doing Kegels.
We end every class with a stretch and myofascial release because it’s just as important to have a relaxed pelvic floor as a strong one!
Our classes are available both in person and streaming online.

With classes designed alongside Physical Therapist Dr. Karina Ortiz and Certified fitness trainers our goal is take pelvic floor health out of the siloed medical space and into a celebratory group fitness environment.
